DMCA / Copyright Policy

We respect creators' rights. If you own content that is being retrieved through our service without permission, you can ask us to block it.

Last updated:

Clipnest does not host a library of content. It retrieves media from publicly accessible posts or videos at a user's request. Direct MP4 videos and photos are streamed without storing copies; merged MP4 and other generated files are deleted within 60 minutes. We don't index, promote or make content searchable. Users are responsible for having the rights to what they download, as set out in our Terms of Service.

When we receive a valid notice, we block the identified media so our service will no longer retrieve it, and we may restrict access for repeat infringers. To remove the source content, also report it to the relevant platform directly.

What to include in a notice

  1. Your full legal name and contact details (address, phone, email).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The supported video or post URL(s) that contain the material (for example https://x.com/user/status/123…).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

How to send it

Use the form below, or email our designated agent at copyright@example.com.

Designated agent: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], Attn: Copyright Agent, [POSTAL ADDRESS].

Counter-notices

If you believe material was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the blocked URL(s), a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was blocked by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. If you're unsure whether something infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first.

We only use these details to respond to you. See the Privacy Policy.
